Observation
- The "tour" pop up disappears once you start the tour and then you can dismiss the message. You have to do this for each section.
- In Subscriptions - when you delete an item and it tells you you can't delete it, but in fact it does delete it, same goes for adding items.
Bugs To Investigate
- Can we disable the tour pop up completely for admin users?
